Management Team
1. Mr. Sanjay Gupta (Managing Director)
Mr. Sanjay Gupta, Managing Director, aged 46 years, is one of the co-promoters of our Company. He is a commerce graduate and M.B.A (Marketing & Finance). He completed his Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University in 1985 and M.B.A. in Marketing & Finance from National Institute of Management, New Delhi. He has more than 25 years of experience. He started his business journey in 1986 with “Sanco Plastic Industries” a partnership firm, engaged in business of manufacturing of PVC Compounds. He groomed himself to become an entrepreneur, as he was responsible for all the marketing and finance related activities of the firm.
On April 01, 1989, entire business of “Sanco Plastic Industries” was acquired by “Sanco Plastics (P) Ltd.”, in which he was one of the first Director and Promoter. Since then he has been responsible for activities related to strategic planning, restructuring, operations, import and export, marketing, international business relationship etc. Under his leadership the company expanded its business into manufacturing of PVC Compound, PVC Conduit Pipes and PVC Insulated Wires & Cables. At present he is the Managing Director of our Company, actively involved in the growth of our Company with his inputs in strategic planning and business development.
2. Mrs. Shakuntla Gupta (Executive Director)
Mrs. Shakuntla Gupta, aged 68 years, is one of the co-promoter and also a Whole Time Director of our Company. She is an Intermediate with Art stream and has more than 25 years of experience. She started her business journey in 1992 with “Sanco Plastics (P) Ltd.”, a Private Ltd. Company in which she acted as Director and she was responsible for activities related to administration and human resource management. She, as Whole Time Director of our Company, is playing a key role in the growth of our Company.
3. Mr. Sidhant Gupta (Non-Executive & Non- Independent Director)
Mr. Sidhant Gupta, aged 19 years, is one of the Directors of our Company. He is a Pilot from Eagle Flight Academy, New Zealand. He is pursuing his B. Tech in Nano Technology form Amity University, Noida. He has been inductced as a non executive and non-independent Director in the Board to provide “Technical Advice and innovative ideas in Research & Development”. He is expected to play a key role in the growth of our Company with his inputs in strategic planning and business development as well.
4. CA. Saurabh Gupta (Non-Executive & Independent Director)
Mr. Saurabh Gupta, 30, holds a Bachelor Degree of Commerce from Kanpur University. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He also possesses Post Qualification Diploma in Systems Audit from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
He has good experience in the fields of audit, commerce and industry spanning 8 years. He was a practicing Chartered Accountant until December, 2006 as Partner of M/s Rajiv Mehrotra & Associates, Kanpur, where he handled the audit and taxation assignments of various private sector organizations, banks, insurance companies and financial institutions. On May 4, 2010 he joined Sanco Industries Limited as and Additional Director and subsequently as a Non Executive & Independent Director since July 2, 2010. He is involved in the activities related to “Audit Committee” of our company. He is also associated with the Chartered Accountants Society, Kanpur as its Life time Executive Member.
5. CA. Sanjeev Kumar Jain (Non-Executive & Independent Director)
Mr. Sanjeev Kr. Jain, 47, is one of the Non-Executive and Independent Director of our company. He holds a Bachelor Degree of Commerce from Delhi University and is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
He has vast experience in the field of audit, commerce and industry spanning over 18 years. He is a practicing Chartered Accountant where he has handled the audit and taxation assignments of various private sector organizations, banks, insurance companies and financial institutions. On May 4, 2010 he joined Sanco Industries Limited as and Additional Director and subsequently as a Non Executive & Independent Director since July 2, 2010. He is involved in the activities related to “Share Holder Grievance Committee” and “Remuneration Committee” of our company.
6. Mr. Deepak Gupta (Non-Executive & Independent Director)
Mr. Deepak Gupta, aged 54 years, is one of the Directors of our Company. He is a Art graduate and LLB. He completed his Bachelor of Art from C.C.S. University Meerut in 1977 and L.L.B. from C.C.S. University Meerut in 1980. He has more than 30 years of experience. He started his business journey in 1980 with his own refinery business in which he acted as proprietor and done this business till 1995. He has been associated with Aviation and Telecom sector from 1996-2007 by virtue of services in Modiluft and Himachal Futuristics Ltd. Further, from 2007 till date he is doing his own business as franchisee of B.S.N.L. (for all over India). On May 4, 2010 he joined Sanco Industries Limited as and Additional Director and subsequently as a Non Executive & Independent Director since July 2, 2010. He is involved in the activities related to “Share Holder Grievance Committee” and “Audit Cpmmittee” of our company.
