1. We take pleasure to introduce our self in stock market through an IPO of size approximately 45 cr. Red Herring Prospectus has to be filed with SEBI at the earliest. IPO shall be listed at BOMBAY STOCK EXCHANGE OF INDIA as well as NATIONAL STOCK EXCHANGE OF INDIA for which the approval has already been obtained from both the exchanges.
2. Company is looking to establish a new plant for the manufacturing of Oxygen free Copper Wire Rod at Bhiwadi, Rajasthan.
3. Company is in process to enhance the existing manufacturing capacity of PVC Conduits and Wires of 100% by March 2012.
